Answering Islam - A Christian-Muslim dialog

Quick Evidence Proving Jesus is Muhammad’s God and Lord Pt. 1

Sam Shamoun

Leading Muslim Christophobe and taqiyyist Paul Bilal Williams posted a reply from another inconsistent Muhammad apologist Shabir Ally in a further attempt to attack and undermine the Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ. Ally writes:

Often Muslims ask me how they may quickly show their Christian friends that Jesus is not God. Show them Mark 13:32 where Jesus is reported to have said about the end times: “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.” Christians generally believe that “the Son” in that verse refers to Jesus himself. In that case, it is his confession that there is something that he does not know, and therefore that he is not the all-knowing God. (Quick evidence that Jesus is not God – by Dr. Shabir Ally, January 13, 2014)

It never ceases to amaze us how these taqiyyists are so blind to the fact that the very passages which they appeal to in order to assault Christ’s Deity, or other fundamental Christian doctrines, actually prove that Muhammad was a false prophet and one of the antichrists that the Lord Jesus and his blessed followers warned against.

Take, for instance, the text which Ally wrenched out of its immediate and over all contexts to disprove that Jesus is God in the flesh:

“But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.” Mark 13:32

Note that Christ refers to himself as the Son and identifies God as the Father, all of which Muhammad vehemently denied to the point of going so far as to threaten Christians with warfare for holding to such beliefs:

“And the Jews said, ‘Uzair is the son of Allah.’ And the Nasara said, ‘The Christ is the son of Allah.’ This is their saying with their mouths; they repeat the sayings of those who became infidels before. Allah engages in war with them, and how perverted they are!” S. 9:30

Muhammad proclaimed that the highest relationship that anyone could have with his god was that of a slave:

“And they said, ‘The merciful has taken a son.’ Indeed, you have made a wicked assertion. The very heavens might almost be torn apart from it, and the earth splits, and the mountains fall to pieces because they ascribe a son to the merciful. It must not be to the merciful that he takes a son. That all what is in the heavens and the earth comes to the merciful as a servant.” S. 19:88-93 – cf. Q. 5:18; 6:101; 21:26; 39:4; 72:3

Muhammad, therefore, stands condemned as an antichrist whose message basically turns God, Jesus, and Jesus’ disciples into liars since all of them went around proclaiming the spiritual paternity of God and the unique, divine Sonship of Christ:

“And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan. And straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him: and there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” Mark 1:9-11

“And after six days Jesus taketh with him Peter, and James, and John, and leadeth them up into an high mountain apart by themselves: and he was transfigured before them. And his raiment became shining, exceeding white as snow; so as no fuller on earth can white them. And there appeared unto them Elias with Moses: and they were talking with Jesus. And Peter answered and said to Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias. For he wist not what to say; for they were sore afraid. And there was a cloud that overshadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him. And suddenly, when they had looked round about, they saw no man any more, save Jesus only with themselves.” Mark 9:2-8

“… Again the high priest asked him, and said unto him, Art thou the Christ, the Son of the Blessed? And Jesus said, I AM: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.” Mark 14:61b-62

“say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?” John 10:36

“Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: [but] he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.” 1 John 2:22-23

“If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son. He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.” 1 John 5:9-13

Hence, the very passage that Ally encourages Muslims to use against Christians ends up backfiring against him since it proves that Allah is a false god, Muhammad was a false prophet, and Islam is a false religion.

Now that we have gotten that out of the way we can move on to the second part of our response.
